Aaron Freeder is a Los Angeles based director, cinematographer and editor from Cleveland, Ohio.

After studying film at Syracuse University, Aaron developed his passion for filmmaking with music videos in Cleveland. In 2012 his work for Bad Racket Recording Studio was recognized for a Cleveland Press Club Award in the category "New Media, Imaging". In 2013 Aaron’s music festival documentaries gained global attention with a Staff Pick on Vimeo, quickly gaining over 250,000 views.

Previously Aaron has worked as an editor and producer at Tastemade, a video network that offers food and travel related programming for online audiences. More recently, Aaron has worked on branded content for Toyota and developed advertising identities for worldwide music festival clients.

In 2020 he developed his first feature length documentary, Letters From Our Elders with the BuenPaso Collective which is currently featured in the global festival circuit.
